The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical service activities at customer sites, such as installing and commissioning of medical equipment, starting up module, and equipment maintenance and train the users.
In this position you will:
- Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshooting as necessary to equipment.
- Assist with corrective and planned maintenance of equipment based on factory advices.
- Collect, analyze data, as well as provide feedback for equipment performance.
- Preparing daily or weekly action plans by individuals as well as by learn to insure focused activity.
- Advising and assisting in the application of instrumentation in clinical environments.
We are looking for at least 2 experienced Engineers for this role.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduated of electric/ electronic or biomedical engineering.
- To be result and customer oriented, while possessing strong communication and listening skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel extensively and frequently (100 to 150 days per year).
- Military service done or exempted.
- Intermediate English knowledge (speaking, writing and listening) is a minimum must.
