Job Description

We are looking for an efficient technical lead to join our IT firm. A tech lead will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations. Responsibilities: ● Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. ● Implementing best practices and coding standards. ● Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. ● Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. ● Analyzing existing operations and planning for desired goals. ● Writing reports about progresses, and challenges and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. ● Monitoring and evaluating staff progress and assisting with training and recruitment.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. ● 3 to 5 years of work experience as technical lead. ● Strong leadership and organizational abilities. ● Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. ● Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Go, Python, and React. ● Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. ● Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. ● Strong knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, and Redis databases, and their declarative query languages. ● Strong understanding of Docker. ● Experience working with Infrastructure such as K8s, and ELK. ● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
