POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Distributed Ledger (DLT) to own technical architecture, protocol-level decisions, and engineering execution across blockchain and distributed ledger platforms.

You will design systems that emphasize trust, transparency, immutability, and resilience—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and rigorous systems thinking.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own architectures for distributed ledger and blockchain-based systems
• Lead technical decisions across consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and node infrastructure
• Translate product, governance, and regulatory requirements into robust decentralized solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, security, and legal stakeholders
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce protocol and security best practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to audit contracts, analyze system behavior, and optimize performance
• Identify attack vectors, scalability limits, and failure modes early
• Ensure long-term reliability, security, and maintainability of DLT systems

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading distributed or decentralized systems
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals (consensus, cryptography, data structures)
• Experience with smart contracts, transaction models, and node architectures
• Knowledge of security, threat modeling, and adversarial environments
• Systems-level thinking with strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve code quality, audits, and decision-making
• Strong communication skills to align technical execution with product and governance goals
