Job Description

● Supervise medical representatives in order to achieve monthly sales volume objectives. ● Design and develop monthly plans for his team in line with company targets and consider feedback reports from the market. ● Train and perform evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs. ● Update product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation. ● Review operational records and report to the marketing manager. ● Monitor sales and marketing activities via double visit. ● Visit field KOL’s. ● Provide reports and plans. ● Update on competitors’ activities.

Requirements

● Related educational background (Pharm D, DVM, or Biology and other related fields). ● Having at least 5 years of related experience in pharmaceutical companies. ● Having people management skills in order to lead the assigned teams and work with peers. ● Proficiency in Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. ● Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and high presentation skill. ● Flexible to business trips.
