Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience in coaching, developing and training Medical Representatives
- Profound market and business understanding, planning & organizing
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic & energetic, hard worker, coaching skills
- Team working skills
- Self-developing, initiative, well-organized
- Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)
