Requirements:
Ability to manage team
Education level: Masters – Bachelors (HRM and other management Degree, psychology).
Experience: 5 to 8 years.
training courses: performance evaluation, training planning, ISO 10015, strategic management of human resources, talent management, evaluation center.
Required software: performance evaluation platforms, training management platforms, Jira.
Education standards and educational needs assessment

Skills:
management dashboard reports.
Knowledge of human resource subsystems.
English language.
