We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
● Lead generation and sourcing, recruiting, interviews and assessments, reference checking, orientation plan about vacancies.
● Source potential candidates from different channels.
● Conduct exit interview and find the main reason.
● Prepare monthly reports, and create a database for data gathering.
● Calculate recruitment and recruitment metrics, updating them and preparing regular quarterly reports.
● Participate in the development of socialization.
● Participation in projects related to the development of the employer branding.
Requirements
● Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
● Knowledge of sourcing and talent attraction methods.
● Familiar with techniques to win passive candidates and closing strategies.
