Job Description

  • To administer candidate sourcing efforts for each job vacancy in collaboration with the related manager.
  • To assist in the administration of candidate assessments for recruitment/ transfer/promotion/ Acting, using different HR selection tools, e.g., PPA, or other competency-based Interview Models.
  • To administer the salary offer process and coordinate job offer sessions with the participation of the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team.
  • To administer employee work journeys, including promotion and transfer processes, and the necessary steps (Interviews, Behavioral Tests, assessment centers).
  • To support the execution of all of Employer Brand Projects, including External and Internal Job Fairs/Social Media Activities for enhancing Brand Image.
  • To support salary determination by coordinating scoring based on candidates' submitted documents/qualifications.
  • To compile and distribute staffing reports, including Monthly reports, Job offers rejected, Interview history, etc., for the Line Manager.
  • To administer communication with candidates and provide feedback to those who have been rejected in the interview process.
  • To administer the utilization of various resources, including Job Fairs and university partnerships, to gather and collect appropriate CVs, maintain candidate databases, and submit them to relevant managers.
  • To assist in candidates' evaluation using various selection or testing techniques, follow up, and facilitate conferences with management or supervisory personnel.
  • To maintain and update the talent acquisition databases, including Interviews, employee family relations, and job requisitions to produce accurate reports.
  • To assist HRBP managers and provide administrative support for HR plans regarding talent acquisition.
  • To assist in identifying and recommending process improvements, policies, and procedures for talent acquisition to improve service efficiency; consistently maintain documentation and look for opportunities to enhance digitalized systems.
  • To support various HR processes assigned to including but not limited to the specialist stream, the organizational coaching program, contract extension, and the onboarding Program.
  • To participate and assist in HR digital transformation initiatives by providing administrative input to address staff issues and anticipate demands.
  • To prepare medical documents and follow up on criminal record certifications and health checks
  • To process the starting date, you should process it the same as the user creating and following the ticket for a better employee experience.
