- Designing and developing management reports and organizational dashboards (BI development).
- Deploying and supporting ERP software.
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring organizational processes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in business processes, developing and implementing organizational improvement strategies and programs.
- Proficient in identifying, documenting, troubleshooting, monitoring, and improving processes aligned with organizational excellence.
- Proficient in the concepts of KPI and balanced scorecard.
- Familiarity with building business systems through related tools and software.
- Familiarity with the concepts of business intelligence (BI) and data analysis.

Educational Qualification:
