Job Description

  • Designing, implementing, improving, and target-setting Units/Business objectives and KPIs with managers. Monitoring and documenting Unit performance and preparing analytical reports.
  • Designing, evaluating, reengineering, improving, auditing, documenting, and analyzing all Units/Business processes, analyzing the efficiency and costs of all Unit/Business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and creating and presenting process improvement reports.
  • Troubleshooting and defining action plans to improve processes and resolve non-conformities.
  • Implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and automated processes.
  • Managing improvement teams and external contractors.
  • Updating processes and procedure policies and conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.
  • Stating up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies and systems.
  • Managing Document Control Centre (DCC) and integrating and keeping all forms, manuals, guidelines, standards, procedures, and processes up to date.
  • Overseeing documents and recording control operations, policies, and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets.
  • Tracking, filing, updating, and destroying documents as appropriate and using a database or filing system to manage confidential business and client documents to ensure that documents are created, assessed, distributed, and disposed of in a secure and efficient way
  • Designing proper organization architecture including designing and updating organization chart, Units’ missions, scope of activities, authorities, and responsibilities based on the RACI matrix and designing job profiles and access levels in line with business strategy and processes.
  • Knowledge management includes organizing, creating, using, accumulating, storing, and sharing collective knowledge within an organization.

Requirements

  • +8 years of related working experience with +4 years of managerial experience. Having experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or an MBA graduate.
  • Experience in process reengineering and BPM.
  • Experience in Organization architecture and design.
  • Experience in managing a document management system, including document numbering, processing, distribution, and archiving.
  • Familiar with knowledge bases and online platforms for organizing knowledge.
  • Familiar with design tools such as Visual Paradigm and Visio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of BPMS tools and software.
  • Ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies.
  • Expert in MS Excel.
  • Familiar with BI tools and Managerial dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
