Job Description

Summary of job position:
The systems and methods manager is responsible for the strategic leadership of improving operational processes, standardizing work methods and implementing organizational excellence frameworks at the holding level and all subsidiary companies. This position plays a key role in establishing coordination between IT units, manufacturing operations, sales and marketing, human resources and other departments of the organization.
Description of key duties and responsibilities:
• Leading, developing and coaching the systems and methods team, including production process, business and quality specialists
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for improving processes and operational excellence at the holding level
• Alignment of process improvement goals with the business perspective and strategic priorities of the organization
• Design and implementation of enterprise process architecture framework (Enterprise Process Architecture)
• Lead process transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, BPM methodologies
Management and development of quality management system (QMS)
• Management of internal audit programs and preparation for external and regulatory audits
• Development of training programs to promote continuous improvement culture throughout the organization
Requirements and required qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, IT management, software engineering/IT or related fields.
• At least 10 years of related work experience in the field of designing systems and processes in medium or large companies.
• At least 4-5 years of management experience at middle or senior level
• Deep mastery of process improvement methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
• Familiarity with management standards such as ISO 9001, EFQM.
• Experience in implementing quality management systems and process improvement.
• Ability to analyze, document and improve processes in a structured way.
• Team management ability, project planning and management reporting.
• Successful experience in leading extensive process transformation projects in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or multi-sector holdings (preferably)
• Strong change management skills and ability to manage resistance to change
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Skill in preparing management reports and presentation at senior management level
