Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities:
● Analyzing processes, designing work systems, and monitoring the implementation of standard procedures
Reviewing, analyzing and documenting processes in different departments of the organization (sales, distribution, warehouse, finance, human resources, etc.)
● Identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, and rework in processes
● Re-engineering work processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
● Standardization and documentation
● Compilation and communication of instructions, procedures and standard implementation methods for all units
● Maintaining and updating the "Systems and Methods Manual" to support senior management decision-making.
● Provide system analysis for macro decisions (eg distribution planning, distribution routes, or branch structure)
● Cooperation in designing organizational structure and defining job descriptions based on processes
● Collecting feedback from employees and managers of operational lines
● Suggesting the modification of work methods, reducing bureaucracy, and increasing the speed of operations
● Monitoring the implementation of systems and methods
● Monitoring compliance with instructions in various distribution, warehouse, accounting and sales units
● Defining the needs of software systems (ERP, distribution system, reporting, etc.) based on approved processes
● Participation in digitization and process automation projects, training and implementation of change
● Training employees about new implementation methods
● Managing resistance to change, and building a culture to use new systems
● Designing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for processes
Job eligibility conditions:
Ability in business analysis (Business Analysis)
● Mastery of process design (BPMN) and workflow drawing software (such as Visio, Bizagi)
Familiarity with the principles of quality management (ISO 9001)
● High communication skills and teamwork to interact with all units of the organization
● Familiarity with logistics management, product distribution and capillary sales
