• Develops, Analyzes, Optimizes and Improves organizational structure, processes and procedures
• Defines KPIs and measures for processes and manages their measurement and reporting
• Conducts internal audits based upon the implemented management system standards
• Performs project planning, controlling and reporting (PMO)
• Prepares business analysis and managerial reports in related fields
• Interacts with Project Managers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
• Good knowledge of PMO Processes, systems and methods analysis
• Familiar with PMBOK
• Good knowledge of BPM discipline and processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Expert in M.S. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSP, and Visio)
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO20000 is an advantage
• Experience in Payment or banking environment is an advantage
