Identify, create, establish, modify, and document executive processes and operations, and support executive organizations' software activities of integrated management systems and extra-software activities.
Monitor the implementation of organizational processes and monitor related indicators.
Audit (whether internal or external) the management systems of the organization, identifying systemic and process complications, defining the necessary corrective and preventive measures, and following up to achieve results.
Develop mechanisms and tools for evaluating and measuring organizational performance.
Prepare and compile procedures, bylaws, methods, instructions, and executive forms related to the organization's processes.
Identify and apply appropriate models of organizational maturity, excellence, architecture, structure, and relationships between components of the organization.
Supervise the correct implementation of the processes of extra-organizational systems such as the comprehensive trade system, commodity exchange system, etc., and prepare to respond to people inside and outside the organization.
Provide consulting services to organizational units in organizational systems and processes.
Present the reports of the designated period and perform other assigned tasks in the field of organizational duties by the superior authority.
Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Familiarity with recognizing, analyzing, and optimizing business processes.
Familiarity with BPMN2 symbols and MS Visio and Visual Paradigm tools.
Familiarity with integrated enterprise resource management (ERP) systems.
Familiarity with organizational structures and communications, job descriptions, and procedures in different units.
Familiarity with ISO standards.
At least 2 years of experience in analyzing and designing organizational systems and processes.
