Job Description:
- Technical support and troubleshooting of software systems.
- Responding promptly and appropriately to system issues.
- Identifying system weaknesses and working towards improvement.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on the status of systems.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Engineering (Hardware and Software).
- Familiarity with SQL Server and TSQL.
- Skill in writing queries.
- Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively.
- Work experience in the field of technical support.
