Job Description
•Main Objective:
The owner of this position is responsible for analysis, planning, organizing, monitor and control,designing and providing solutions with a systemic approach to promote productivity, improvement and excellence of the organization.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Long-term, strategic and operational planning in different areas of the organization
-Design, compile and improve the organization formation, including the definition of mission, job description, organizational structure, human resources model and classification of managerial positions in the organization
-Design and deployment of information and operational systems to improve procedures
-Pathology of organizational processes and provide improvement strategies
-Supervising the implementation of developed programs
-Design and determine the rates, indicators and standards of the organization
-Planning and formulating content priorities
-Estimation of programming costs
-Evaluate the performance of different units of the organization
-Economic evaluation and risk analysis of the organization's plans
-Budgeting in accordance with the various activities of the organization
-Preparation of regulations, circulars and instructions of the organization
-Project management and analysis of its achievements
-Collection, classification and analysis of data and information
-Research in relevant specialized fields
-Documenting and preparing specialized and performance reports
-Transfer specialized knowledge and experience
