- Evaluate and improve processes in all organization systems
- Analyze and develop organizational processes
- Identify process indicators
- Define business activities; distinguish operational customer-oriented processes from management and strategic processes
- Audit processes based on organizational and ISO 9001 standard requirements
- Map processes and document work flow (BPMN)
- Define requirements by communicating with the users
- Train process owners about EFQM model and continual improvement concept.
Requirements
- Education: B.S. in Industrial Management, MBA
- Work Experience: at least 3 years
- Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent analytic skills

- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard and EFQM Model
- Familiar with 5S, IMS & strategic planning
- Familiar with PMBOK & project management tools
- Familiar with documentation methods & document control
- Familiar with system design methodologies
