Job Description

Working as Supply Chain Manager of one of the Shareholders' subsidiaries , the job holder is required to run the Plant in an efficient manner. Giving maximum output with right quality and make sure that products are delivered as per requirements. Managing the Supervisory Staff for operation of the plant and making sure that everything is running smoothly. Main responsibilities are: ● Keep the product cost within budget by optimizing resources and manpower. ● Find better solution of doing a job for ease in operation and achieve better productivity/targets (linked directly to incentive schemes). ● Propose Capex investment and provide better infrastructural facilities. ● Raise bar of excellence through implementing quality systems ● Control, discipline, motivate and train Plant Staff.

Requirements

Requirements ● BS in engineering, Management. ● 5 years' experience in managerial positions with a good record of managing plant people. ● Fluent in spoken and written English. ● Good knowledge of import regulations. ● Experience in foreign purchasing. ● Very good interpersonal and communication skills. ● Ready to live in Qeshm permanently. ● Familiar with operation in Free Economic Zones.
