• Controlling sales and inventory, overseeing orders, and forecasting the importation. • Preparing the monthly table of orders and asking for the proforma invoice and invoice from the suppliers and following up till receiving. • Receiving and reviewing proforma invoices and consignment documents and delivering them to the Ministry of Health. • Following and doing the renewal process of the company’s commercial card. • Attending MOH for commercially related affairs. • Preparing the letters and reports requested by management. • Doing the needed affairs for registration of the company’s orders required by the Ministry of Commerce. • Preparing the reports required by MOH like at bid time. • Preparing regular reports for management like customs reports, MOH/MOC reports, and PFI/Draft status reports. • Receiving the hard copy of documents and delivering them to the customs broker for the clearance of goods and coordinating with him for the required actions. • Reviewing the pricing documents and delivering them to the MOH. • Archiving the incoming and outgoing letters of the supply chain department. • Reporting to the supply chain supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in commercial-related majors. • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and commercial affairs. • Familiar with the importation procedure of pharmaceuticals. • Familiar with customs clearance procedures. • Experience working with SAP B1. • Working proficiency in the English language esp. for commercial correspondence. • Computer knowledge – a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook. • Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus. • Exceptional analytical reasoning skills to think problems thoroughly and generate solutions. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Time and stress management skills. • Reliable, trustworthy, and good-tempered. • Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, team worker, and professional with a positive attitude.
