Job Description

● Supervise construction workers and hire subcontractors. ● Monitor project progress. ● Solve daily problems and deal with any problems that arise. ● Investigate the safety issues of the workshop and the forces. ● Cooperate to create the necessary measures to ensure safety. ● Help to estimate project implementation costs. ● Supervise the materials or anything related to the supervised area. ● Cooperate in predicting the start and finish time of the project. ● Prepare progress reports.

Requirements

● Experience in private projects. ● Familiar with price lists and general conditions of the contract. ● Ability to communicate constructively with employers and consultants. ● Ability to manage technical and executive matters, human resources, etc. ● Ability to manage projects and current affairs of construction workshops. ● Familiarity with the technical office of the workshop. ● Familiarity with contract matters. ● Proficient in executive plans.
