Job Description
Stores Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of Microtel retail stores, including sales operations, product diversity, and availability, pricing, financial, and other daily operations and issues. He/She should also train new employees and schedule shifts. The candidate is also responsible for:
● Interview, hire, and train clerks and other staff of the stores.
● Manage the daily workflow of stores.
● Assign jobs and projects to staffs to ensure that targets and deadlines are met safely and accurately.
● Train, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the store’s staff.
