Job Description

Technical Duties: - Preparing suitable solutions for the customers based on the requirement analysis. - Providing reliable estimates on cost & timing for the projects in different areas of software development e.g. web development & mobile application development. - Analysis and design of the architecture of the projects. - Preparing the WBS for the projects and assigning the brake down tasks to the team. - Ability to solve the complex technical problems in different fields during various phases of the project. Management Duties: - Feasibility study of the projects with the guarantee that once approved the projects are feasible and the expected end results are achievable. - Ensuring the delivery of the end product with the standard acceptable both by higher management and the customer. - Ability to finish the project within the expected time and cost. - Supervising the implementation based on the proposed WBS and timing. Commercial Involvement: - Preparing the required technical & commercial material for the presentations and the printed documents. - R&D and suggesting new areas of work, in order to offer new business ideas - Cooperation and involvement in the procedures that requires technical knowledge e.g. getting required certificates etc. Other interactions : - Attending high management meeting. Preparing & presenting the reports requested by the higher management. - Managing the daily personnel related items: o Preparing the job description for the staff and doing the performance reviews o Implementing effective reward and punishment routines in order to improve the unit performance.
