Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer (Software, Hardware, IT); or equivalent IT, Software, Hardware qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in software support or maintenance.
Technical Competencies:
- Network+.
- SQL and SQL queries.
- ICDL.
Familiarity with Internet Concepts:
- Webservice, WebSocket, API, DNS, JSON, Cache, Client, and Server.
- Software troubleshooting.
- Reporting.
- I/O devises troubleshooting.
Others:
- Intermediate English knowledge.
- McSe is a plus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale software is a plus.
