Job Description

  • Onboarding and training the customers.
  • Checking and providing basic requirements in order to be able to install the software (including printer, windows and etc)
  • Converting the previous customer database and the products to the new software
  • Configuration of the system based on the vendor's needs (ex. If it has taxes or others)
  • Setting up printer, caller ID and etc to connect to the software
  • Reporting the process on Jira issues and sheets
  • Reporting the final check-list of the tasks they’ve done for vendor
  • Troubleshooting the issues occurring during the installation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer (Software, Hardware, IT); or equivalent IT, Software, Hardware qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software support or maintenance.

Technical Competencies:

  • Network+.
  • SQL and SQL queries.
  • ICDL.

Familiarity with Internet Concepts:

  • Webservice, WebSocket, API, DNS, JSON, Cache, Client, and Server.
  • Software troubleshooting.
  • Reporting.
  • I/O devises troubleshooting.

Others:

 

  • Intermediate English knowledge.
  • McSe is a plus.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale software is a plus.
