Shipping Operation Executive

Job Description

• Provide support to sale department • Co-ordinate between customers and transporters • Scheduling and monitoring air, sea and land (import and export) freight bookings and documentation • Preparation of documents for Import / Export/Transshipments/D/O release • Answering of phone calls • Liaise with lines and customers to ensure smooth flow in daily operations • Handle transportation schedule and operations duties • Liaise with overseas agent on various requirements and rates • Monitor shipment status and update customer • Perform invoicing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
