Job Description

  • Diagnosing issues with computer software, and hardware systems.
  • General network troubleshooting (working with network testers, and finding disconnected points).
  • Communicating with clients through basic problem-solving processes.
  • Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems, and following up with clients.
