Job Description
- Direct report to client support manager.
- Desktop unification.
- Work with users or employees to identify computer problems and advise on the solution.
- Desktop technical management.
- Contribute to the proper installation, maintenance, and disposal of desktop computers, printers, etc.
- Resources management.
- Document solutions to problems regarding standard IT applications and record them in the IT Knowledge base.
- Establish and plan periodic maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
- Mentor staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT-related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in A+, Network+, Windows Infrastructure, and Windows 7.
- Fluent in PC configuration, OS, and HW.
- Fluent in troubleshooting PCs.
- Problem-solving is required in a variety of areas both hardware and software.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to change, and meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays, or other unexpected demands.
- Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, and instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.
