Job Description

  • Direct report to client support manager.
  • Desktop unification.
  • Work with users or employees to identify computer problems and advise on the solution.
  • Desktop technical management.
  • Contribute to the proper installation, maintenance, and disposal of desktop computers, printers, etc.
  • Resources management.
  • Document solutions to problems regarding standard IT applications and record them in the IT Knowledge base.
  • Establish and plan periodic maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
  • Mentor staff.


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT-related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in A+, Network+, Windows Infrastructure, and Windows 7.
  • Fluent in PC configuration, OS, and HW.
  • Fluent in troubleshooting PCs.
  • Problem-solving is required in a variety of areas both hardware and software.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to change, and meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays, or other unexpected demands.
  • Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, and instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.
