● Screen candidates' CVs and presents them to hiring managers for an interview.
● Conduct competency-based interviews and Analyzing Psychological custom test.
● Advise business units on job postings, screening tools, interview instructions, and questions.
● Promote an excellent candidate experience including candidate notification, offer letters, background checks.
● Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
● Track and monitor all hiring transactions in various employment databases.
● Forecast hiring needs and builds pipelines for current and future opportunities.
● Deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences as an owner of the onsite interview to the hiring process.
● Plan and supports execution of employer branding events – planning, and coordination of activities with the TA team.
● Analyze and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our candidates’ experience.
● Analyze the market for best practices and new approaches to talent acquisition.
● Analyze recruitment and employer branding data and share insights.
● Ensure delivery against key TA metrics.
