Job Description

Senior Recruiter is one of the key positions in Ehsan Group, with responsibility to support the company with finding and recruiting best in class talents at mid to senior levels; Specially given fast growth of Ehsan Group and the importance of talent in such an environment, Senior Recruiter needs to support the organization to achieve its goals by sourcing high quality human capital. The ideal candidate needs to have extensive experience in recruiting and be familiar with HR concepts Main activity: ● Build and report on quarterly and annually hiring plans. ● Create and publish job ads in various portals. ● Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events. ● Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees. ● Screen resumes and job applications. ● Conduct initial phone screens to create short lists of qualified candidates. ● Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive). ● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire. ● Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys. ● Host and participate in job fairs. ● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. ● Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. ● Define and coordinated on-boarding/ in boarding/cross boarding experiences needs (training, briefing, inductions on-boarding positions) for each assignment. ● Ensured talent development (both vertical and horizontal) and succession planning activities (up until the off-boarding stage of the employee life cycle) are delivered by closely working with HR and operational key stakeholder and using career development, workforce planning and people analytics practices.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial engineering or related field. ● At least 5-10 years’ experience as a recruiter. ● Hands-on experience with the main job boards. ● Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn. ● Strong interview skills specifically competency-based interview. ● Strong interpersonal skills. ● Good written and verbal communications skills. ● Team spirit and able to build team. ● Able to work under pressure situation. ● Good command of MS Office. ● Familiar with ATS. ● Fluent in English.
