Job Description

● Cooperating in the establishment and maintenance of an integrated management system (IMS) to improve systems and working methods. ● Cooperating in planning, implementing, and reporting internal and external audits to ensure the achievement of micro and macro objectives. ● Pursuing the closure of non-compliances and cooperate with the units of the organization in order to define corrective and preventive measures. ● Preparing periodic reports of established systems in order to monitor and analyze quality objectives and process indicators and hold a management review meeting. ● Cooperating in preparing a quality assurance program and ensuring the correct, effective, and efficient orientation of unit processes. ● Collaborating in identifying, evaluating, and presenting a program to respond to the organization's process risks. ● Managing basic information quality assurance in ERP system and maintaining its integrity. ● Cooperating in the process of knowledge management and registration and evaluation of organizational lessons learned. ● Preparing, reviewing, and correcting the documents of the quality assurance unit.
