A dynamic and growing company in industrial automation, control systems, and process solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business expansion. This role is focused on building client relationships, managing key accounts, and increasing market share in industries such as oil & gas, power generation, and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in technical sales, particularly in electrical and control systems, industrial automation, and process optimization.
Job Overview:
As a senior sales manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires close collaboration with system integrators, engineering firms, and industry stakeholders, ensuring that tailored automation and control solutions meet client needs. Reporting to the division head, you will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, EPC contractors, and industrial clients in sectors like oil & gas, power, and manufacturing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering customized solutions for automation, control systems, and industrial process optimization.
- Lead business development efforts across multiple countries in the region, identifying new opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, and analyze competitors to refine sales and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution from proposal to delivery.
- Stay up to date with automation technologies, control systems, SCADA software, industrial instrumentation, and related fields.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Control Systems, or related fields) or Management.
- At least 4 years of sales management experience, particularly in industrial automation, process control, and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, DCS, field instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to frequently travel to other countries in the region.
