Job Description

• Develop and execute the overall Sales Capability strategy
• Design standard sales processes, SOPs, and best practices.
• Improve and manage sales tools (PDA / Sales App / dashboards).
• Build KPI frameworks and performance evaluation systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT to elevate sales execution.
• Lead and manage the Sales Capability team.
• Conduct periodic market audits to ensure process compliance.
• Sales Cycle Reduction – Shorter deal cycles as a result of better skills, tools, or training.
• Certification / Competency Attainment – Number of reps achieving role-specific certifications or skill benchmarks.
• Runs induction, product knowledge, sales skills, and leadership training.
• Builds structured learning journeys.
• Standardizes sales processes (coverage, call frequency, execution standards).
• Develop and execute the overall Sales Capability strategy
• Design standard sales processes, SOPs, and best practices.


Education: in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Language: English, Advance Level
Skills: Strong knowledge of sales processes and field execution. Excellent communication and training skills. Familiarity with BI dashboards and CRM/SFA systems. Strong analytical and project
management skills.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of sales or trade marketing experience in FMCG
