Job Description

Objective: Main objective is to boost and optimize our current sales and marketing activity. Main responsibilities : - Develop and implement marketing plans for a specific brand or product line - Handle sales process from start to end - Process quotations, contracts and performing sales negotiation - Meet building consultants, architectures, construction projects and contractors on routine . - Maintaining and developing relationships with key customers and accounts . - Documentation of meetings, feedbacks, sales & marketing visits and report to sales director periodically . - Monitor competitors and market condition. - Maintain and improve technical and professional knowledge in sanitary-wares industry. - Responsible for achieving sales target on a specific brand or product line Reporting to : Sales Director Number required : 2-4 Travel requirements : Traveling is occasionally required Commission / Bonus : Included

Requirements

University qualifications : Minimum BSC Previous experience : At least 3 years of experience in sales departments. Working experience in building equipment sector is an advantage ( Working experience in sanitary-ware industry is a great advantage ) Specialist knowledge : Good command of computer knowledge and Microsoft Office (Excel , Word) , architecture knowledge and ability to work with architecture and design softwares will be an advantage . Technical knowledge of building materials is an advantage . Other Skills : - Excellent presentation, communication and persuasion skills - Team working skills - Self-motivated and creative personality Ideal Age Range : 25-35 Language Skills : Good command of English is an advantage
