Job Description
As part of our business growth and commercial development strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to sales inquiries and professionally present company products and services to customers.
- Register orders and issue quotations/proforma invoices.
- Develop and expand sales of the company's products and solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer orders.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments and receivables.
- Prepare periodic sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage customer relationships through CRM processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum (preferably in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering; or Business Administration, Industrial Management, Commerce, or other related fields).
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of accountability, persistence, and result orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with industrial sales processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical equipment is considered a strong advantage.
