A reputable company in the field of metal products manufacturing is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Specialist on a full-time basis as part of its market expansion plan. This position is ideal for candidates with B2B sales experience in industrial sectors, possessing strong skills in negotiation, corporate contract management, and end-to-end sales process execution.
Responsibilities Maintain effective and continuous communication with existing and potential clients Attend in-person negotiation meetings with large organizations and institutions Conduct regular client visits in Tehran and other cities on a weekly basis, according to defined targets and KPIs Record customer information and submit visit reports through the CRM system Review ad process orders, coordinate with the production unit, and follow up on client payments Participate in domestic industry exhibitions to promote products and attract new clients Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager on assigned projects and tasks
Skills and Competencies Strong command of the B2B sales funnel and process management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with accounting and financial software, particularly Sepidar Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed management reports Excellent communication and client persuasion skills Team-oriented, persistent, and result-driven attitude Effective time management and travel planning skills
