Job Description

● Forecasting the full-year volume and TO. ● Following up on the results and updating YTG plans ● Monitoring and leading achievements to catch up TO, Volume, TTS, and USG targets. ● Distributing channels' targets according to the channels' strategy. ● Month ends closure based on business expected results. ● Preparing FY promo plan (trade and consumer) with trade term structure and handing it to the channels. ● Innovation planning. ● Managing budgets for sales and marketing.

Requirements

● Strong data analyzing skills. ● Proficient in Excel and formula principles. ● Ability to prepare and submit reports and analyze sales trends. ● Professional in concepts of sales, including sales targeting and sales commission calculations, KPIs, and sales promotions. ● Professional in principles of sales forecasting and sales targeting by sales channels. ● Ability to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales actions, campaigns, and promotions. ● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. ● Strong communication skills. ● Excellent organizational skills. ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or other related fields.
