- Dominant in recruitment and talent acquisition processes (CV Sourcing, CV Screen, Telephone Interviews, Interview Scheduling, …)
- Dominant in behavioral recruitment tests analysis and reporting
- Dominant in designing recruitment procedures and workflows
- Dominant in competency-based interviews
- Dominant in Iranian Labor law and SSO regulations
- Dominant in staffing processes and payroll calculations
- Good command of working with technological providers (Applicant tracking systems, various social media platforms, …)
Requirements
- M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any other related fields
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human resources
- English literacy is a must
- To be a perfect team worker, detail oriented, planner, communicator, decision maker
- Age range: 30-40
