Job Description
At Vandar, we believe collaboration is the key to success. We count on our senior product owner to bring technical, design, and marketing closer together to achieve company goals. You will be responsible for managing backlog, release planning, designing product roadmap, and bringing out the best in our scrum team.
Objectives of this Role:
- Collaborate with customer care, sales & marketing, product design, and technical, to identify customer needs, bottlenecks, and improvements in our products.
- Prioritize the features, epics, and bugs based on urgency, business value, and effort needed in the form of Product Backlog, Product Roadmap, and Release Planning.
- Empathize with the challenges our internal stakeholders face, recognize blockers, and craft solutions that increase the velocity and productivity of the company.
- Defining and grooming backlog items in collaboration with stakeholders and scrum team, writing goals, describing acceptance criteria, and other documentation needed for development.
- Analyze product metrics, market reports, competitors, and similar products to determine customer satisfaction with the product and identify areas for improvement.
