Job Description
● Reviewing the status of project progress, reporting, reviewing, and controlling daily project reports from executive teams.
● Tracking and recording estimated values of time, cost, and resources of projects, detailed and milestone schedule of projects.
● Preparing periodic reports, preparation of Earned Value reports and performance and program comparison reports, review, control, and aggregation of subcontractors' reports.
● Preparing, sending, and following up the project invoices to the client, reviewing and recording the contractor’s invoices, and following up on receiving the relevant invoices from the project manager.
● Updating all project management registers (risk, stakeholders, changes, correspondence, costs, issues).
● Tracking and recording project documents including Project Charter, Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Breakdown Structure Dictionary (WBS Dictionary), documents, activity list, Project Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS), and Project Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS).
● Setting up and following up on Status Review meetings and registering and uploading in the system, following up on the actions defined in the Status Review meetings.
