Job Description
● Support change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture.
● Facilitate and support changes in business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources and Coordinate organization and structure design initiatives.
● Gather and assess feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights on performance management and processes.
● Contribute to the potential restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
● Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
● Provide moderation and transparency in performance management.
● Look for ways to create awareness and quality participation of all line managers and supervisors.
● Provide advisory services to line management and supervisors with respect to OD and performance management.
● Advise line managers on performance form development.
● Advise line managers on the evaluation process.
● Advise line managers on analyzing the results of performance management.
