Job Description
- Identify and evaluate OD initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goal
- Support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
- Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
- Apply organization Development tools and frameworks to support improved business future-state organizational design and alignment
- Develop and implement organization strategies that support improved client future-state organizational design and service delivery
- Prepare organization design alternatives, test them against design criteria, and help align leadership groups around design selection and implementation
- Apply analytic and visualization tools to assess the impact of varying design and decision making
- Resolve conflict within groups.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
