Senior Operations Specialist (Forwarder)

Job Description

• Receive inquiries from house clients and sales department, negotiate rates with overseas agents and shipping lines /carriers to extract the best rates.
• Chase and follow the shipments and update the clients accordingly.
• Arrange to book and provide shipping instructions to overseas networks.
• Check cargo arrival date with shipping line/carriers and constantly update the arrival schedule, notify arrival status clients.
• Billing all involved charges to customers and ensuring all invoices are fully received by clients.
