We are looking for an internationally experienced Marketing Manager who can drive our marketing strategies in global markets, develop the marketing team and create effective and measurable campaigns with a data-driven approach. Main requirements (elimination in case of non-compliance) At least 2+ years of work experience in international companies (preferably in the field of Ecommerce or Tech) Deep understanding of global markets and cultural differences in marketing Ability to work with multicultural teams and manage cross-border projects
2. Strategic capabilities Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy (annual and seasonal) Creating an executive marketing plan with clear KPIs Conducting quantitative and qualitative market research (customer interview, competitor analysis, data analysis)
3. Leadership and team development Designing an individual development roadmap for team members Holding regular performance review meetings (weekly/monthly) Experience in recruiting, directing and training marketing forces Experience managing teams of 5 or more
4. Experience in B2B Marketing Manage the complete B2B customer journey from awareness to conversion Collaborating effectively with the sales team and aligning strategies Mandatory documents for resume review
Qualifying conditions: 1. Required documents: Presentation of 3 complete case studies of international projects A sample of the developed marketing strategy Team Development Plan
2. Practical test: Analyzing an international market and presenting an entry strategy 90 day planning for a marketing team
3. Remover skills: Lack of work experience in international companies Inability to develop a documented strategy Lack of experience in managing a team of 5+ people
