
Job Description
We are looking for an internationally experienced Marketing Manager who can drive our marketing strategies in global markets, develop the marketing team and create effective and measurable campaigns with a data-driven approach. If you have experience working in international companies and want to work in a dynamic environment with multicultural teams, this position is for you.
Main requirements (elimination in case of non-compliance)
At least 2+ years of work experience in international companies (preferably in the field of Ecommerce or Tech)
Deep understanding of global markets and cultural differences in marketing
Ability to work with multicultural teams and manage cross-border projects
2. Strategic capabilities
Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy (annual and seasonal)
Creating an executive marketing plan with clear KPIs
Conducting quantitative and qualitative market research (customer interview, competitor analysis, data analysis)
3. Leadership and team development
Designing an individual development roadmap for team members
Holding regular performance review meetings (weekly/monthly)
Experience in recruiting, directing and training marketing forces
Experience managing teams of 5 or more
4. Experience in B2B Marketing
Manage the complete B2B customer journey from awareness to conversion
Collaborating effectively with the sales team and aligning strategies
