
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design and review the compensation strategy at the holding and subsidiary levels.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, benefits, grading systems, and pay bands.
• Design and implement job evaluation and job classification models.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market comparison analyses.
• Design fixed pay, variable pay, bonus, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive policies.
• Oversee internal equity and control pay gaps across roles, functions, and companies.
• Collaborate with the Finance function on workforce cost budgeting.
• Lead cost-benefit analyses related to benefits and welfare packages.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of pay policies with labor law, social security, and legal requirements.
• Prepare analytical dashboards in the areas of Headcount Cost, Payroll Cost, Reward Mix, and Compa-Ratio.
• Provide expert advice to the CHRO and senior leaders on compensation decisions for key executives.
• Contribute to the design of pay-for-performance and productivity-based reward systems.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, MBA, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: At least 10 to 12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with at least 5 years at a managerial level in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with HRIS / SAP HR / ERP
