● Solve problems with log analysis in cases related to users' hosting services: mail, DNS, CMS, Backup, Restore Domain, SSL, Abuse, and Database.
● Follow up and report cases related to users' hosting services with colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements
● Proficient in the Linux operating system.
● Proficient in network concepts.
● Proficient in Python or Bash scripting language.
● Proficient in security concepts.
Familiarity with C and C++ languages.
● Proficient in the concepts of package construction and virtualization.
Preferred:
● Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools.
● Familiar with CI concepts.
● Familiar with Windows services and their management
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or Computer Science.
● One to three years of relevant work experience.
