- Analyzing all issues related to HR processes using a process-based approach
- Doing all tasks related to recruitment and selection process
- Helping the company to retain its staff
- Executing HR training and development process
- Implementing performance appraisal process at least twice a year and analyzing it
Requirements
- Expertise in recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development processes
- Expertise in MS office (excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to solve problems in a systematic way
- Having effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze practical problems and solve them
- Familiar with English
- Having a master degree or PHD in human resources management or related majors
- Having at least 3 years of experience in HR field
