Job Description

- Carrying out all personnel management affairs according to the labor law, such as contracts, insurance, etc. - Carrying out all matters related to the calculation of performance and salaries of employees

Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of human resources or a bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management or related fields - Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading). - At least 5 years practical and relevant experience in Administrative affairs and human resources - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced computer skills - Mastery of labor laws and social security insurance - Mastery of office software PW Kara & Ham Karan System - Full familiarity with the job classification scheme - Familiarity with the staff training process
