-Handling all related HR reports
-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
-Prepare and update job descriptions based on usual processes
-Prepare and update salary scale based on standards and common methods
-Design and update human resource processes based on academic and practical modeling methods
-Develops and executes programs and projects to evaluate measure, and improve employee performance
-Analyzes, organize and utilizes data to reach meaningful conclusions and make recommendations to improve programs, and communicate results and outputs
-Conducts analyze and develop reports that allow for the assessment of trends and workforce issues
-Creates action plans, IDPs, and Career Path Plannings based on performance analysis to continually develop the employees
-Responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals
-Assists in the execution, delivery, and planning of annual Performance Management and Promotion Plans
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering/ MBA
-Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources
-Familiar with KPI developing
-Familiar with BPM strategy and the concept of process management
-Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Microsoft Project
-Ability to analyze data, synthesize information and generate graphs and charts
-Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with employees at all levels
-Familiar with labor and Tax laws
-Having good knowledge of HRM activities
-Excellent time management and perfect attention to details
-Energetic, learner, team player, hard worker
-Ability to work autonomously
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 37
