Job Description

We are looking for an accurate, responsible, and good public relations team member in the financial team to help our human resources team in the preparation of personnel contracts, archives, and other related matters. Main responsibilities: ● Prepare and follow up on personnel contracts. ● Maintain and update personnel files and archives. ● Continual updating of the employee database. ● Provide relevant reports to senior managers and the financial department.

Requirements

● Ability to perform administrative and administrative tasks related to the activities of the human and financial resources team. ● Proficient in labor, insurance, and tax laws. ● Familiar with the rules and framework of work contracts. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● At least two years of work experience.
