
Job Description
Bazaar is looking for a qualified Senior Game Partnership Specialist to direct and optimize the relationship between Bazaar and the most valued partners in the local game industry. You should have a deep understanding of the Iranian game industry, its key players, and their challenges to grow in order to be able to handle high-level business negotiations and build professional interactions with different game studios. Strategic planning to hold bilateral beneficial contracts/relations in order to grow the company's annual KPIs and having the ability to convince parties of a decision (Within or outside the organization) are the most important things you are responsible for. You would be the problem-solver and representative for partners in Bazaar so you should be involved in every detail your accounts need to have a better collaboration with Bazaar. Responsibilities: ● Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints to maintain trust. ● Build strong, friendly, and mutual relations within the organization`s different teams. ● Grasp potential chances to negotiate and deal with key accounts and propose business cases to make a win-win partnership. ● Handle a complicated and multi-channel project in a professional way. ● Involve in every execution that your accounts might have with the Bazaar.
Requirements
● Being passionate about the local game industry and its growth. ● Strong interaction and negotiation skills for building relationships in all hierarchical levels of key accounts. ● Some of the most important and must-have factors are: being able to multitask, punctual, highly accurate, responsible, highly organized team player, detail-oriented, sticking to deadlines, problem solver, good listener, strategic thinker, presenter, and have the ability to handle complicated situations. ● Having knowledge of working with datasets and analytical approaches is a plus.
