Senior Export Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, intelligent, ambitious, and fast-learning professional to join our export team. Working closely with the Export Director, you will play a key role in expanding our international markets, creating new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and developing into one of the company’s future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and analyze new international market opportunities.
* Generate new international customers through email campaigns, LinkedIn, trade exhibitions, and other business development channels.
* Conduct professional business correspondence and commercial negotiations in English.
* Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, contracts, and export documentation.
* Manage customer orders from initial negotiation through shipment and payment collection.
* Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Logistics teams.
* Monitor competitors and recommend market development strategies.
* Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, optimize workflows, and support sales growth.

Qualifications

* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
* Logical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
* High sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity applications.
* Knowledge of Incoterms, international logistics, and international payment methods.
